Dr Chou is a truly superior eye doctor. In my forty years of seeing many very good vision specialists, Dr Chou is easily the the best that I have worked with. He has a great rapport with patients, explaining what he finds in detail and assurance, empowering his patient decisions. My entire family is in his care, and I recommend him without reservation.
