Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Murphy. Having had lower back pain on and off for years due to sitting at a desk all day for work Dr. Murphy not only helped me feel better with stretch, heat, and STIM in the office but more importantly gave me the tools to get myself better. He gave me a core list of strengthening and stretching exercises, checked-in with me regularly to make sure I was doing them, and changed my exercises as my strength improved. I recommend him to everyone I know!
