I saw Dr Quach on 7.9.24 at the Webster, NY Visionworks. I recently had had a complete exam by my regular optometrist but it had resulted in many unanswered questions and a poor prescription, and consequently two pairs of useless glasses. Dr Quach spent the time required to get a very accurate prescription, which was quite a bit different than my 1-month old prescription from my regular doc. He had studied my records and made sure that my individual issues were considered. He also answered questions that I had, making me feel comfortable with my vision issues and confident that I was now on the right track to get the best vision possible for me. He is very time-efficient but spent as much time as needed throughout the exam and discussions. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Dr Quach.
