After having experienced nearly 10 different therapists personally, Briana was the first and only therapist to take the time to understand my point of view and cater my treatment to me as a unique individual with a unique story. She is someone who understands the depth of personal issues beyond the typical scope of a singular modality, which allows her to address co-occurring diagnosis in a way that makes clients feel heard and understood. Briana creates a sense of trust and rapport within therapy that enables sessions to feel collaborative despite the difficulty or distress clients may face during the challenging process of therapeutic work. Briana is an excellent clinician with a clear and deep understanding of multiple issues and an ability to communicate and apply that knowledge to clients. All in all, Briana is someone who understands patients beyond a diagnosis and seeks to cater therapy to not only her perception of an individuals needs but also the clients own opinion and values in a way that many other clinicians struggle to do.
