Dr. Jackson took time to understand the problems I was experiencing, explained the possible treatment outcomes as well as the costs associated with treatment making practical recommendations to us. He gave us time to ask questions and explained the next steps should we want to move forward with him. The free consultation was not rushed at all, the first doctor without one hand on the door knob! The assessment was similar, not rushed, listened to me, answered questions, and explained findings.
