Compassionate, intelligent, authentic, and honest, I am so lucky to have connected with Bridget Gray. Bridget is unlike any other counselor or therapist I have ever seen. She has given me concrete tools and taught me powerful skills that I will have with me for the rest of my life. I have used these skills to ward off panic attacks, negative thinking, and much more. Bridget showed levels of empathy and kindness that made me feel less alone in my struggles. She helped me learn to communicate more effectively with my psychiatrist and to recognize when my symptoms might be starting to spin out of control. I feel better equipped to handle each day and have learned to love myself during our sessions. The skills she taught me have changed my life for the better and I am forever grateful to her. I highly and completely recommend Bridget Gray.
