She was incredibly helpful for me while I was going through a very difficult time, and helped me understand how the events of my life were being driven by a variety of variables, including mood swings, childhood issues that kept returning to my life, and my own fears and needs. She was compassionate and was always able to help me see the positive possibilities in my situation, so that after every session I felt better and hopeful.
