Dr Bonfield took her time with me, she listened to all of my concerns, asked all of the right questions and answered every single one that I’d had. She didn’t allow me to leave until we had a plan & got the ball rolling on all of my needs. I was relieved. After 6 long years I’d finally found her at Oak St. Health. I was looking forward to my follow up appointment. To my dismay. She was gone. No answers to my questions as to why. Now I’m not sure if I should stay or go and find her. Lbvs. I had an appointment today (finally) sat there for an hour. When I approached the counter for an update, I was told that my new doctor wasn’t coming in today. SMH. By the time I get all of my test results, I may need to get new ones. Meanwhile, I need to be working the plan & more importantly I need my medications. Wherefore art thou Dr Bonfield? Whefore art thou?!
