Brittany helped me through a difficult rotator cuff rehab. It was not a textbook surgery and neither was the recovery. She had to adapt the process to meet my case but welcomed the challenge. The doctor said I would never have 100% back but I have way more than I thought I would have and more than before surgery. Even when you think she is not paying attention she will correct your form from afar. It is tough love but if you heed her advice you will reap the benefits.
