I have been attending therapy sessions with Brittany for over a year and I have no words to express just how much of a blessing it is that I found her on Psychology Today. I tried a different therapist before her and didn't like it, so finding Brittany made a world of a difference. She is so warm, understanding, and caring. She has helped me heal from things that I never would've imagined I could heal from. This speaks to not only her excellent skills as a therapist but also her kindness, compassion, patience, empathy, non-judgment, and her ability to hold a safe and comfortable space for processing difficult emotions and events. I 100% recommend her to anyone searching for a therapist to begin their healing process. Life can be beautiful and Brittany is able to help you get there. I will forever be grateful to her for the ways in which she has tremendously helped me heal and grow. I feel that because of therapy, I can handle difficulties in life much better now and I feel peace.
