I was having issues with my heart such as palpitating, pounding out of nowhere, and feeling as if it was skipping beats . The last two doctors I saw before Brittany wrote me off without further investigation, saying that it was my anxiety. When I finally saw Brittany Turk, she immediately took me seriously and got me set up with a heart monitor as soon as possible. Come to find out I was experiencing PVC's, and having that knowledge I was able to learn what caused them and prevent them from happening, and prevent it from getting worse. I finally felt listened to. I will say that the appointments nowadays do feel a little rushed. I don't think it's her fault, as it's just how they set up her (and other providers) schedules, unfortunately.
