I am a avid runner. A friend recommended Bruce Pommerening. I wasn't sure because I've been to a few others and they just give me a massage or they leave bruises. I pulled my hamstrings and was desperate so I gave him a try. What a difference. He not only took care of my hamstrings but worked other areas that were compensating. After the 4th appointment I was running better than I ever had.
