Ms Nichols was able to help our 15 year old daughter as well as my wife and I. She listens, genuinely cares and provides honest, straight, and prompt feedback. She outlines what she plans on doing and provides regular updates and progress. She is classic, yet hip and modern. She understands and is able counsel the different generations. Our family worked with her in the past and will continue to work with her. I recommend her to close friends and family.
