My adolescent son saw Dr. Cami first when she was associated with Nemours and now again since she has opened her own practice. She has been helping him cope with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. We have seen her both in-person and via TeleHealth. She has been an outstanding resource throughout! Dr. Cami is very down to earth and was able to connect with my son quickly which is not always the case with him because his anxiety with new people was very high. He likes and respects her very much. She’s an excellent listener, and she also analyzes what’s not being said to pick up on significant issues that my son was avoiding. She takes a concrete, behavioral approach, and explains all of the “homework” well. She always includes me at the very beginning and end of each session which helped so much to ease my worry and also to make sure that we were all on the same page. Dr. Cami is a total pro who really helped our family navigate some very challenging times.
