I saw Camille for about 12 sessions. I am approaching 30 and have struggled with depression and anxiety for years. I saw the reviews on here and wanted to share my own experience in the hopes it will help someone else. I came to her because I needed help and the entire healthcare system is difficult to navigate. After calling several therapist offices and feeling like I was at my wits end- she got me in quickly and took care of everything. My first sessions I was guarded and shared a few things with her, to which, like other reviews say, she briefly did talk about her own life. I listened and (like some others said) felt slightly annoyed. After hearing her out she explained that she wanted to know where her words and advice as a therapist were coming from. It took me some time to get used to her style of counseling but after about 3 sessions I truly did trust her and she helped me through a very rough time in my life. Maybe she’s not for everyone but she made an impact on me.
