Words cannot express the relief and gratitude we feel for Dr Ortiz. After seeing multiple doctors and therapists (and EVERYTHING else in between) who couldn’t provide a solution, Dr. Ortiz was the only one who finally helped my daughter overcome her encopresis. We had been struggling for so long, feeling frustrated and helpless, but from the first appointment, we knew we were in the right hands.The progress my daughter has made is nothing short of incredible, and it’s all thanks to Dr. Ortiz. We will forever be grateful for his dedication and skill. If your child is struggling with encopresis and you feel like you’ve tried everything, I cannot recommend Dr. Ortiz highly enough. He is truly a miracle worker!
