Cara is kind and wants to help you. I have MS and she even told me first visit if she couldn't help she would find someone who can. I saw her for a year and a half and she attempted helping me with the complex world of MS. I appreciate all she did. I felt I needed a change in my treatment and she wouldn't hear it. She wanted to stay where we were with my side effects being brutal and everyday symptoms not steadying. So I had to find someone who would listen and understand my needs. Her office staff is why I chose a 4 and contemplated a 3. They are rude, lack communication skills, lose your information so you don't get a call back. They even told my daughter it was her job to send in medical documents for a PA. It's always a battle there and it was just too much. They do have a small lab and that's been helpful. The lab tech is great!
