Years ago, periodic disabling back pain lasting 1 - 2 weeks began again every month. Life was miserable lying on the floor. A wise doctor told me I should seek help from a Trigger Point Therapist. I got treatment from Carlos and was healed on the first visit when he located and treated the trigger points in my legs causing the back pain. Carlos taught me to self treat. I recently had bad shoulder pain I thought was arthritis but found a trigger point and ZAP pain gone. Thank you Healer Carlos??
