I recommend Carol Inzinga as a trauma therapist. I have been meeting with her every two weeks for the past several months, and have been dealing with life a lot better as a result. If someone has not had therapy, especially for trauma, before, please know that there is no quick fix for it. It will take several sessions before you begin feeling better. I am really glad I found Carol, as she is making a difference.
