Carol has brought relief, healing, perspective, and coaching into my life during an ongoing crisis. Her care has been crucial to my ability to be a gentle, present parent to my young children amidst the chaos around us. She is skilled in EMDR, CBT, and talk therapy. She is straightforward without being judgmental. She makes me feel safe when speaking about deeply personal topics. With everything I bring her way, she knows how to listen, respond and help me work through it. I’m so, SO grateful for Carol.
