Our son is partially deaf due to an ear tumor, and was hesitant to wear a hearing aid when needed. Carol immediately put our son at ease, and worked with him until he found a pair of hearing aids that he was comfortable with. The hearing aid technology was excellent! Our son was surprised that although the aid was very small, he could hear much better with it and did not know what he was missing without it. Our son now makes his own appointments with Carol for a check-up. Thank you Carol!
