Carol is wonderful. She must take really through notes, because she seems to remember everything I have ever told her about my life and illness. She is very respectful and offers useful suggestions. She is in no way condescending and is clearly passionate about the work she does. I struggle with bipolar disorder and have gone to her during times when I have begun to feel manic. She has helped me to control my mania and maintain my stability. Knowing that I can go to her for help is extremely comforting. She is really great at her job and I highly recommend her!
