Let me start by saying the words I offer here do not begin to describe Carol's compassion, her empathy, or her understanding of the thoughts and feelings I share with her as my therapist ~ and share I do. I have learned I can have total confidence and trust in Carol as she helps me through the most difficult time in my life. As a therapist, she helps me understand what I am going through as well as learn how to move forward. Helping me become grounded, Carol gently clarifies and helps me re-direct my thoughts toward a more positive and helpful direction. Besides the thought-provoking guidance she provides during our sessions, Carol suggests resources she feels will benefit me in-between them. She speaks with a quiet confidence and injects humor when appropriate. Each time I leave her office it is with special, invaluable guidance ~ guidance I reflect upon and use constantly. Knowing how she is helping me through a very challenging time, I recommend Carol with complete confidence.
