She has been my therapist for about four years. I have been through group DBT and individual DBT with her and have been treated with EMDR to help with my PTSD issues. Though I have worked through the most serious issues I continue to see her for individual counseling. She is the first therapist that I ever trusted and given the issues that I needed to work on, that’s saying a lot. I would highly recommend her.
