Carolyn helped me get through a really difficult time in my life. I was really nervous because I'd never been to a therapist before, but she was so easy to talk to, great sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable. I never felt judged or like I was a mess, she was very professional. She helped me work through that situation and learn some ways to handle people who are stressing you out. I highly recommend her.
