For a time I was paralyzed by fear, anxiety and trauma that stalked me from childhood into adulthood. Carolyn helped me to fight the monsters hiding under the bed so to speak. Within six months of sessions; I started at a job I love, I've begun repairing old wounds with my family, I volunteer, and after a year, I now live and work in Los Angeles and have weekly video sessions with Carolyn. Treat your mental health like your physical health. As Carolyn says, "Put your oxygen mask on first."
