I have been seeing Carolyn since my prior PCP retired at the beginning of the pandemic. I ADORED my previous NP, I didn’t want to switch clinics, but it’s hit or miss with new clinicians. In bounds Carolyn with my labs in hand just gushing about how great my labs are and how healthy I am. I mentioned something about my BMI and she looked me dead in the eye and said “BMI is an outdated metric for health, if you want help lowering your weight I’m here for that, but ALL of your cardiac markers are text book perfect, all of your labs are. You. Are. Healthy.” I thanked her for that. The energy at EVERY appointment is the same. She is FABULOUS. She listens. And just today she told me to print and drop off the formulary for my new insurance so she can figure out the best and most cost effective preventative for my migraines. I can’t say enough good about her.
