Carrie is more than just a therapist to me shes been a lifeline. Ive been in and out of therapy since I was 12, but nothing ever truly clicked until I met her at 21. From the very beginning, she made me feel seen, understood, and valued in a way I never thought possible. She didn’t just give me hope she helped me find the strength within myself to keep going.I can honestly say that without Carrie, I dont know where I’d be today. She has been there for me through my darkest moments, guiding me with wisdom, compassion, and unwavering support. She helped me believe in myself when I couldn’t see a future, and because of her, I’ve not only survived but have grown into a stable, driven, and resilient person.There are no words to fully express my gratitude for her. She is the kindest, most understanding, and truly remarkable therapist and person I have ever known. I will forever be thankful for Carrie and the life she has helped me build.
