Carrie Raap is a caring and skilled therapist. I have found her to be a no-nonsense type of person. She starts with teaching skills that will help you deal with difficulties in life first off. Then she allows you to go into past issues. I find this approach to be very practical. She listens and looks you in the eye when communicating. She points out excuses and avoidance and help you make a plan to deal with the issues.
