Dr. Jeffries has been a godsend to our family. My son began having sudden onset anxiety and OCD in 6th grade. Her therapy helped him regain control over his worry, compulsions and intrusive thoughts. Her techniques are exactly what he needed - especially the exposures. He quickly grew to trust her and built a relationship. He recently had a small relapse (3 years later) and she was available to help him right away via video conference (due to COVID) and he immediately gained tremendous relief. She also willingly shared additional resources to help him between appointments. I highly recommend her as one of the best cognitive behavioral therapists in the business!
