Dr. MacGregor-Toshima was really the best therapist I have ever encountered. She had a real knack with the ability to get to the root of my issues, at least, and was straightforward with an outline specifically for me, to be able to work on my problems, without feeling overwhelmed at all, and she also provided such wonderful encouragement and concomitant explanations for everything. I felt so much less anxiety, and definitely learned purposeful coping skills. As a result, I have been able to tap into my abilities to learn and maintain a less stressful existence. Highly recommend Dr. Casey. You will not be disappointed, I promise!
