Meetings are unstructured - we talk about whatever is going on in my life (i.e. struggles, challenges, past experiences). She listens closely, shows empathy and doesn't judge. When explaining certain concepts, she uses simple yet fitting examples. Every time I leave her office I feel empowered because I know and understand myself better, which helps me make desired changes in my life. Anybody should have a person to help them navigate and master life. Best investment in myself!!!
