After hearing my optometrist would be retiring and having previous negative experiences at chain eye vision centers, I decided to try Dr. Smith. The experience with Dr. Smith's practice was phenomenal. Scheduling around work was easy. The examination was the not rushed and very thorough. She was the first to inform me that my red eyes were not allergy related, but due to dry eyes. Problem solved with the right drops. The cost was comparable to the others. Her staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Casey Smith has been by far the best experience I have had with an optometrist.
