Cassandre has been one of the most influential providers I have had over 20 years of mental illness. I was able to connect with her immediately through her warm, non-judgmental demeanor. She provided me with educational information about diagnoses that had been missed by many other providers before, and has provided me much relief from my shame around the symptoms of this diagnosis. She was willing to look outside the box for treatment options, and would always willing to listen to my suggestions while giving her professional guidance. If she didn't know the answer, she would investigate the scientific literature. I felt like a true partner in a collaborative process & that I could always be honest with her about how badly I was truly feeling. In the few years I saw her, she never gave up on me. Ultimately, she was able to connect me with a treatment that saved my life and eased my suffering. I have immense gratitude for Cassandre and my newfound lease on life. 'Thank you' isn't enough
