I had a problem with depression, feeling stuck in my life. I had hoped that talking with friends and family would help me and wail it was temporally reassuring it did not help me to change things. I was lucky to be referred to Cat Nelson and after meeting with her and spending time in therapy I started to see things differently. I started to make small changes leading to changes in my behavior. I can now proudly say that I am happier and not depressed like I was for so many years.
