Once taken back for treatment, every staff member I dealt with was kind, friendly and explained the process every step of the way. Dr Cathy was so informative, friendly and professional. I was at a point that I thought I might have to live with this pain for the rest of my life and left the first visit with hope that I could have a pain free future.
