Excellent therapist. That rare combination of knowledgeable/professional yet also caring/supportive. I feel comfortable telling Cathy deeply personal things, and she is always very attentive and insightful. Cathy also has a freakishly good memory (literally has remembered things about my life that I had forgotten). I have had other therapists before, but none as successful as Cathy at helping me improve my relationships and my thinking.
