She helped me be so much more aware of my emotional responses, which helped reduce the amount of emotionality/anxiety in my reactions over time. That was priceless. Compassionate, personable, and made me so comfortable in dealing with things I really didn't want to look at, but in my own time. She is my absolute favorite and most effective therapist, and I have seen a lot over the last 3 decades.
