Cathy was focused on my individual set of compensatory techniques developed over a period of years due to an old injury. Even though it was not the primary reason for my presence there, it was very much involved. She explained in depth about how to retrain muscle groups in order to assist the new injury to heal as well as correcting old detrimental habits. A very attentive and caring individual.
