I have worked with many different therapists in my life, but, since meeting Cate several years ago, I have continued to choose her when I've needed counseling support. Unlike other experiences I have had, Cate has made me feel respected and heard. While she is always professional, she never judges or demands. Rather, Cate helps shine a light on issues I'm too close to to see clearly without an outside perspective. She helps me shape the trajectory of my own therapy so that my goals actually reflect real changes I want to achieve in manageable ways. Even when I've been reluctant, her recommendations almost always help me and some techniques have become a second-nature part of my life. If you are in need of a knowledgeable and approachable counselor, I would highly recommend Cate.
