I worked with Cathi for several months after a scary medical diagnosis. She used EMDR to help me get past both medical and dental trauma. (It works!) We also worked on family issues, spiritual abu$e, and the voice of the inner critic. I made what I would consider life-changing progress under her compassionate and wise direction. I am so thankful for her insights, book recommendations, non-judgmental acceptance, and listening ear. She's a great therapist, and I highly recommend her.
