Cathie Hren is dedicated, compassionate and thoughtful. Cathie Hren has guided me to an extreme improvement in my health. Through her knowledge and expertise in her field, my type 2 diabetes has gone from uncontrolled to having met my A1c goal and a 20 lb weight loss. I have been dealing with being overweight and uncontrolled diabetes a majority of my life. Cathie Hren has been a Godsend and I am grateful to her.
