I was dubious about therapy following seeing some very mediocre therapists. I immediately felt like Celeste understood me and what I was looking to achieve. In just a few sessions I have had massive breakthroughs that have had really positive impacts on my every day life. In addition, Celeste makes it feel like I get to the solutions myself which makes me feel like I'm making even more progress. She is patient, understand, caring and just excellent. Highly highly recommend.
