I have seen Charity for over two years now, and she is an outstanding therapist. She provides holistic, person-centered therapy, a flexible in-person and telehealth schedule, and has highly developed emotional intelligence. As with all clinician-client relationships, there has to be a good fit between personalities on top of the clinician's level of competency. With that said, Charity is very flexible to fit the needs of the client, and is highly competent in her areas of expertise (e.g., sexuality and gender issues, and psychiatric diagnoses, to name a few that have pertained to me). Furthermore, Charity gently, but firmly holds her clients (i.e., me) accountable while also allowing them space to unpack their issues one at a time. This balance is difficult to find in any clinician, and I feel very grateful to have her as my therapist.
