I struggled to find the right type of therapy to help with my anxiety and insomnia, but Dr. Freeman guided me in the right direction. Through a combination of CBT, talk therapy, and hypnotherapy, he provided me with effective tools that tremendously improved my sleep. He’s down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about his patients. If you’re dealing with similar issues, I highly recommend Dr. Freeman—he made a real difference in my life.
