I have been visiting Dr. Mills for anxiety/OCD for a year now, and he is a wonderful psychologist. He is very welcoming, thorough, and has been key in my recovery process. Dr. Mills is clearly well-experienced, and I always leave with new coping tools. Logistically, he is very on top of things -- he will send you a reminder text the morning of your appointment. Additionally, you can text him to set up/cancel appointments. He has a very warming office, with coffee, books, and a comfy couch. He is thoughtful enough to play music in the waiting room so you do not hear other clients in session. Would highly recommend to anyone.
