Charles is the type of person to go above and beyond for his patients. I know from personal experience with him. He helped me through such a strenuous time in my life. If it were not for this man, I'd doubt I'd have my sanity. You won't find a more caring and kind hearted individual than Charles O'Neal. I can't recommend Mr. O'Neal any more fervently.
