Chelie helped me overcome my many symptoms of PTSD and reframe and heal the past in a way that I can remember it without reliving the pain. She doesn't just listen and nod, but has given me effective tools to cope when stress arises. I have seen many therapists, but I feel like I have scars instead of open wounds for the first time. I feel joy again! I am excited about having closed the book of the past and living a new life that I create consciously without the past dictating it. SO grateful!!!
