dr. fairborn and his team were amazing! i had an issue with my insurance at my first appointment but the receptionist went above & beyond to get it figured out. they were all so helpful & thoroughly explained why i was being charged what i was being charged. the wait for my glasses to come in WAS a little bit longer than expected but SO worth the wait! 10/10 recommend
