Probably the best decision I've ever made. Chrissy is highly intelligent, intuitive, patient, insightful, hilarious...I could go on. She will most definitely challenge you, but is patient enough to allow you to process anything within your own timeframe. Being in a space with her will provide you with a high level of autonomy and safety. She could literally handle any topic with grace. She helped me learn to start trusting myself, as well as those around me. I could write a book about my own experience & appreciation (but I'll spare you the details). Overall, I couldn't thank her enough for encouraging and empowering me to be my best self, no matter the circumstances.
